Fraction
We have been exploring fractions in Room 10.
This week we made posters show the symbol for our fraction, the words, a picture representing the fraction and a set representing the fraction.
We then made up our own story problem using our fraction.
Here are a couple of examples.

Research
Room 10 have been working hard with Ms Smith to produce posters.
In writing we have been learning about explanations. The children chose an animal they were interested in that lives in Antarctica. They had to explain how their animal survived in the freezing climate. Everyone put a lot of effort into the presentation of their information.
Fantastic work Room 10!
